Founder & Principal
Kate Hibbs Davis
Kate Hibbs Davis is an accomplished public-sector and nonprofit leader with more than 15 years of experience in organizational growth, philanthropic strategy, and external relations across cultural, scientific, and civic institutions. Throughout her career, Kate has bridged local and global perspectives to address critical issues, including climate resilience, access to STE(A)M education, democracy, fair banking, affordable housing, human rights, and more. Her work has taken her from grassroots coalitions and federal advocacy in Washington, DC, to Central American rainforests and human rights movements across Latin America.
Most recently, as Director of External Affairs for Major and Planned Gifts at the Griffin Museum of Science and Industry, Kate led a high-volume frontline development team, oversaw principal donor strategy for executive leadership, and grew national brand engagement. Across her career, she has earned a reputation not only as a seasoned fundraiser, but as a creative and empathetic collaborator driven to bring out the best in institutions and their benefactors.
A passion for institutional maturation defines Kate's trajectory. She specializes in guiding organizations through major transitions: establishing strategic planning frameworks, building high-performing teams, and creating bespoke donor experiences that connect donor passion with institutional mission.
Beyond her professional roles, Kate is active in board and civic leadership. She serves as Co-Chair of the Capital Campaign Committee for All Saints Episcopal Church in Chicago, steering a $2.5M capital campaign. Her global and community work also includes pro bono fundraising consulting through the Fulbright Specialist Program with Corporación Manos Visibles in Colombia, where she developed strategic fundraising plans and delivered bilingual major gifts training, and service as Board President and Fundraising Chair of the Capitol Hill Chorale in Washington, DC.
Kate holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Immigration Studies and Hispanic Studies from The College of William & Mary, where she graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She lives in her hometown of Chicago with her spouse, their two daughters, and their 90-pound doodle, Timber.

Three ways in. Pick a tab to explore.
A Chicagoan and an organizer at heart.
I live in my hometown of Chicago with my spouse, our two daughters, and Timber, our 90-pound doodle.
My career started in community organizing, and I still work like an organizer: I listen first, build relationships, and bring people together. I work in English and Spanish, and I have spent my career bridging local and global perspectives.
Listen first
Every engagement starts with listening.

Philosophy
How Kate works
Never cookie-cutter
No two organizations grow the same way. Every engagement starts with listening, and every roadmap is a custom-built foundation to scale a mission with purpose and precision.
Structure that lasts
Quick wins fade. We focus on the structure underneath: the roles, systems, funding, and governance that let an organization keep growing without losing its footing.
Next step
Clarity starts with a conversation.
Every engagement starts with listening. Tell us where things feel fuzzy, and we will take it from there.
